You are part of a living conversation with nature, an ancient dialogue that connects you to the wisdom of the Earth and the spirit of all living things.

Reverence is an online community ritual space for deepening relationality with the natural world through cultivating plant spirit allies.

Every month, from new moon to full moon, we work with a different plant, entering into relationship through shared practice, reflection, and embodied connection. This circle offers ongoing support, collective wisdom, and a space to cultivate kinship with the seen and unseen.

Elements of the Journey:

ONE-TO-ONE COACHING WITH TRACY

Everyday, you're dancing with unseen forces—ancestral imprints, energetic patterns, and the rhythms of your own body.

Coaching offers a space to attune to these movements, release what's been stuck, and restore the natural flow of your creative life force.

Through somatic and shamanic practice, we work together to release inherited and self-woven patterns, restore balance, and awaken the full expression of your being. With a highly cultivated intuition, I listen beneath the surface, sensing the hidden places where flow is blocked and authentic, creative expression has been constrained.

Each retreat and mentorship initiates, refines, and integrates connection with plant allies, guiding your toward greater clarity, alignment, and embodiment of your calling.

MUGWORT VISIONING INTENSIVE (One Day)

This one-day retreat is a guided initiation into the unseen realms, working with Mugwort as a plant spirit ally for visioning, dreamwork, and ancestral healing. Through drumming journeys, somatic practices, and reflective inquiry, you will enter into direct relationship with Mugwort, allowing her guardianship and wisdom to support you in clarifying in your path forward.

Mugwort has long been revered as a powerful ally for bridging between worlds and accessing the deeper wisdom of our dreams. This sacred plant also opens doorways to ancestral connection, helping us receive guidance from those who came before us and release inherited patterns that no longer serve. In this intensive, you'll develop a personal relationship with this plant teacher, opening pathways for ongoing guidance, ancestral healing, and visioning work that continues long after our day together.

• Drumming journey to Mugwort's spirit to receive guidance and visions
• Embodied communion practices using breath, movement, and plant-infused ritual to deepen relationship with Mugwort

PLANT SPIRIT COMMUNION RETREAT (2 Nights)

This weekend retreat is an immersive deepening into animist practice and relational reciprocity with plant spirits. Through ceremony, guided journeys, and shared ritual, you will attune to the presence of plant allies and cultivate a living dialogue with them. This retreat offers a direct experience of sentient nature, where plants are not resources but kin, teachers, and co-dreamers of our unfolding lives.

During our time together, you'll learn to slow down and attune to the unique language of plants. The weekend creates a protected container for deep work—whether ancestral healing, personal transformation, or clearing barriers to deeper connection. As the usual distractions fall away, a more profound relationship with the living world becomes possible.

Elements of the Journey:

• Two plant spirit ceremonies to sit in direct communion with selected plant allies, listening for their wisdom and teachings
• Animist practices including breath, song, and offerings to honor and engage in conscious relationship with the spirits of plants
• Drumming journeys and dreaming practices to enter trance states and receive plant spirit messages
• Two night stay in Tracy's home sanctuary in west Marin County, California

SIX-WEEK PLANT SPIRIT INITIATION (WITH CEREMONIAL RETREAT OPTION)

This six-week journey is a structured initiation into plant spirit communication, guiding you through foundational practices for engaging with plants as sentient beings and spiritual allies. Through weekly coaching and ongoing ritual work, you will open and refine your ability to listen, receive, and relate with plant consciousness. The journey has the option of culminating in a weekend in-person ceremonial retreat for direct immersion and integration.

• Guided plant spirit initiations working closely with select plant allies through ingestion, dreaming, and embodied presence
• Ancestral and elemental connection practices to weave plant wisdom with the cycles of the natural world

YEAR-LONG PLANT SPIRIT IMMERSION & MENTORSHIP
This year-long immersion is a deep journey into plant spirit communication, animist practice, and personal transformation. It is designed for those called to clarify and fully step into their calling and dharma, supported by the wisdom of plant allies and direct mentorship with me.

As you move through the seasons with your plant allies, you'll learn to slow down into plant time while building practices that fit within your daily life. The plants become not just subjects of study but true teachers and companions, offering their wisdom in ways both subtle and profound.

This is not just a study of plant spirits, it's a path of embodiment, where plants become active guides in the unfolding of your purpose. Throughout our year together, you'll receive guidance about your unique gifts and how to bring them into the world with courage and clarity. The plant allies serve as mirrors, showing you both where you're holding back and how to move forward in alignment with your deepest truth.

This mentorship isn’t about simply teaching you what I know of shamanic practices, though you will naturally learn along the way. It’s about guiding you into fully embodying your highest expression and potential in this life.
