In this workshop, we embark on a sacred journey to explore the gifts and challenges woven into the tapestry of our lineages. Through the power of ritual and shamanic practices we’ll unearth the hidden treasures and heal the ancient wounds that influence our present reality.
In the sacred space of this workshop, you will be guided through powerful rituals and journeys designed to connect you with your ancestral guides and allies. As you navigate the landscapes of your lineage, you will gain profound insights into the patterns, beliefs, and traumas that have been passed down through generations. By bringing these unconscious influences into the light of awareness, you open the door to deep healing and transformation.
Together, we will create a safe and supportive space for deep healing and personal transformation.
Whether or not you are clear about your lineages and family history, there is much to be explored through guided journeying, energy work, and group process.

ABOUT TRACY
Tracy James, MA, CPCC works at the intersection of shamanism, life-purpose, leadership and mindful embodiment. Tracy blends mystical, practical and research-based approaches to those seeking centeredness, creative flow and the fulfillment of their potential. She has over two decades of experience facilitating transformational individual and group coaching and leading international tours and retreats.
Tracy holds a B.A. in International Relations from American University, an M.A. in Counseling from The American School of Professional Psychology as well as certifications in Life and Leadership Coaching and Breathwork.
From her training with indigenous shamans in the Amazon jungle and with mystics from Nepal and India to her studies in psychology and the technologies of human transformation, Tracy integrates ancient and modern approaches into the Nature-based coaching methodology she terms Elemental Energetics™.
