When you join me for an in-person workshop or retreat, we climb mountains together, literally and figuratively.
International Retreats: From exploring the sacred traditions of the Himalayas to working with indigenous shamans in the Amazon jungle, I have facilitated dozens of international transformational retreats, helping my clients get outside their comfort zones, reconnect with who they really are and get inspired about who they are becoming. We are blessed in these retreats to steep deeply in Nature and participate in ceremony with wisdom keepers and elders who share their sacred spaces and powerful ancient traditions with us.
California Retreats: I hold retreats and workshops mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area and on the coast in Mendocino County, California. These experiences integrate the power of nature and the redwoods with processes for deep inner exploration, leadership development, awakening creativity and tools such as shamanic drumming journeys and meditation practice.
Workplace Mindfulness and Digital Wellness Workshops: I facilitate workshops to support Workplace Well-being at organizations, in-person (mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area), as well as virtually via Zoom.

The participants were so moved by her that we are planning to bring her back and conduct more workshops for larger audiences within our company!" - Amy S., Capital One
“This trip has changed my life. I may be returning to Los Angeles to the same job, apartment, friends, etc. but I will return to a new reality of boundless possibilities for my present and future. Thank you so much for giving me the keys to my own kingdom and showing me the way to find strength within myself to go after my dreams with more passion than I have felt in decades.” - Mimi
